I’m a former semi-pro football player turned varsity coach, with over a decade of experience coaching youth football, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. I’ve seen firsthand how confidence, focus, and mental resilience can make or break an athlete — regardless of talent. That’s why I coach the mental side of the game as seriously as the physical.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus, and I’m a Certified Sports Psychology Coach (CSPC) with certification from the Spencer Institute.

I’ve coached athletes from the rec level to varsity — and whether they’re stepping onto the field for the first time or preparing for high school competition, I help them build the mental toughness and leadership skills to thrive under pressure.

At Weekend Warriors HQ, I combine real-world coaching experience with psychology-backed tools to help young athletes perform at their best — and give parents and coaches the support they need to develop confident, focused kids on and off the field.
