1:1 Mental Performance Coaching
Talent gets you in the game — mindset keeps you in it.
As a former player, coach, and sports parent, I’ve seen firsthand that talent fades fast without mental toughness. My approach to mindset coaching is simple: meet athletes where they are, teach them tools they can actually use, and help them build confidence from the inside out. It’s not about hype or yelling from the sidelines — it’s about helping young athletes take control of their performance, emotions, and recovery when the game gets tough.
I coach the mental game like it’s part of practice — because it is.
Teaches athletes how to handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and stay locked in.
Builds confidence through real mindset drills — not just pep talks.
Supports parents and coaches with tools to reinforce the mental game at home and on the field.
